Vox audio systems are available on all VIVA Cruises ships. The VDR digital group tour systems allow you to listen to your guide's commentary while you tour the city at your leisure. For you, the partnership between VIVA Cruises and Vox means that you will feel at home in any city you travel to, and feel safe thanks to the social distancing that is observed.
With the TEFRA luggage service you arrive relaxed at your destination. Whether you travel by car, bus, train or plane: in cooperation with TEFRA we transport your luggage from your front door directly to our ship - fast, safe, there and back. The luggage will be collected from your home within an agreed time window of 2 hours. After your cruise we will deliver your luggage within 2-3 working days at the latest.
With our partner, HanseMerkur, we offer you travel protection that covers you during your trip and the discovery of the river worlds. The insurances of HanseMerkur offer you optimal insurance protection in case you have to cancel your cruise. With the travel cancellation insurance you secure your booked cruise before departure and with the vacation guarantee you secure a trip interruption during your vacation - worldwide.

In our travel guides of the individual destinations you will find everything you need to know about the fantastic cities, rivers and landscapes and you can decide individually what you want to see.
Together with vroom rental, we embrace the e-mobility trend and focus on an innovative future. We do our best to offer our guests a unique experience by renting e-bikes, e-scooters or e-mobility scooters and make the excursion a flexible and unforgettable adventure.
