Dear VIVA Cruises guest,

your river cruise will start shortly. In order to ensure a safe, worry-free trip and smooth embarkation, please note the following information:

All travelers 12 years of age and older must fulfill one of the following conditions:

  • Full vaccination (second vaccination at least 14 days ago and a maximum of 270 days ago)


  • Booster vaccination


  • Recovery from COVID-19 within the last 28 days and a maximum of 3 months


  • Negative test result (PCR text max. 48 hours or rapid test max. 24 hours, no self-test).

Please present an official proof of vaccination/recovery or a negative test result together with your official identification document upon arrival.

Children ages 5 to 11 require either proof of complete vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative test result (PCR test max 48 hours or rapid antigen test max 24 hours, no self-test). Guests under 5 years of age are not affected by the requirements.

We reserve the right to make further adjustments to these requirements and will follow and implement current developments as well as state and federal rulings accordingly. Please proactively check the respective entry requirements on the website of the German Foreign Office before departure. Please also note the entry requirements of the countries you visit during your cruise.
